I specifically asked the tech if he could get out a pet stain, no problem he said. Well now my pet stain is 5x larger and still smells like urine. My carpets are still wet almost 3DAYS later. The company's reaction to this with a 100% satisfaction guarantee mind you, was "you can pay 300$ to remove your pad and reclean it, sorry, sometimes it just doesn't work". When I asked to have them come and look at their fine work, they told me they would have to call me back with their schedule. 3DAYS LATER I have yet to even hear back from them. I don't know how any carpets can be cleaned within that amount of time and be done well!!
