The technician was on time and very courteous. I was VERY impressed with the service, both human &#38; cleaning. Stains that the 'regular' carpet cleaners couldn't get out are gone. A horrible grease stain on a microfiber ottoman is GONE! Best of all there isn't that chemical smell I usually end up with and the carpets dried quickly and aren't stiff. Thank you so much. I will definitely call you again. </p>
